It seems like I either a) don't think I need it (because I can take care of myself, right?) or b) I don't think I am worthy. But at the same time, I do know that He loves me. It just takes the discipline to sit back, take a moment to breathe, and realize that He is very much with me, very much moving in my life, and that His grace covers me to the point that I should (and am!) overwhelmed with His love. Sometimes it just takes a little reminder. I think often I am aware that Christ loves me but I often times do not accept His love.
